Of course, the performance of the lithium ion battery will decrease with the addition of the charge and discharge times, which is quite normal.

Self-discharge refers to the natural loss of electric capacity of the battery when it is not in use. First, it is a reversible capacity loss, which means that the lost capacity can be recovered when charging. On the contrary, the negative and positive electrodes may have side reactions with the electrolyte in the charging state, and lithium ions are embedded and deem bedded. The lithium ions embedded and deem bedded in the positive and negative electrodes are only related to the lithium ions in the electrolyte. Therefore, the capacity of the positive and negative electrodes is not balanced, and this part of the capacity loss cannot be recovered during charging.

Lithium ion battery moves in different directions when charging and discharging. Low temperatures can cause changes in the electrolyte inside a lithium-ion battery, prompting a chemical reaction in the freshly frozen battery. When the lithium ion battery is placed in a low-temperature environment, the microstructure of the lithium film on the surface of the lithium ion battery and the electrolyte as well as their interface will change significantly, resulting in a temporary inactivity in the battery and a decrease in leakage current. Therefore, the battery time will increase after recharging.
