Common standard lithium battery test summary: security and performance
At present, various standards of lithium
batteries to examine the safety and performance of lithium batteries mainly
from three aspects:
1. Battery safety performance;
2. Environmental adaptability;
3. Electrical properties

Different standards have different focus on
the battery testing:
IEC 61960 main focus on the lithium battery
electrical performance test;
IEC 62133 and Japan JIS C 8714 requirements
focus on product safety and environmental adaptability safety;
GB / T 18287 includes not only part of the
safety testing project, but also covers the performance test;
UL2054 and UL1642 are a comprehensive
inspection of the safety of the cells and batteries under a variety of use of the environment,including the safety of fault conditions,
pressure conditions and combustion
conditions.
