Detailed introduction:
Recently we received a Alibaba inquiry of Malaysia customer ,this customer looking for a 3.2v 200Ah LiFePo4 battery cell ,He told us know his required specification and size of battery , and has repeatedly stressed that the size is very important, must meet the his requirements,intimate customers also attached On a product link to more clearly express his needs. We are very clear that this customer is really need lithium iron batteries, but unfortunately our existing batteries do not meet the customer's required size.We honestly tell our customers that our existing battery size, but also sincerely tell the customer:It is very difficult to find battery total same with his required size ,we just can offer him the near size ,because our tooling is different with his required size tooling,every supplier with different tooling for the battery. Our honest lead to our customer accept our battery size .
And then ,the customer also has some worries about the cycle life and installation and warranty of our battery ,we also kindly to solve customer's worries.Finally,the customer asked us whether can the payment be arranged at 50% before delivery and remaining 50% after delivery.Obviously, the customer has some hesitation of payments .At this period of time,Alibaba has launched a new service:Trade Assurance Order.We advised him place an order through Alibaba Trade Assurance Order , and he need do the payment to Alibaba platform after both us confirm the order, and then Alibaba will transfer payment to us once he confirm receive the cargo. The customer accepted the payment method and placed an order with us in September.
