Project name: 401030 3.7V 80mAh lipo battery are used in JVC bluetooth headset, Model:HA-FX21BT
Detailed introduction: Glad to get the lipo battery inquiry on April 6, 2017 from one of our current clients. JVC requested 80mAh lithium battery used in their headset with the dimension 4*9*25mm. After checking, we suggested them to use our ready UL1642 lipo battery model 401030 3.7V 80mAh. They informed us to send this battery specification and samples for their approval.
Outcome & Value
We provided the free battery samples to them within 10 days. And they found that our 401030 3.7V 80mAh li-polymer battery fit in the headset . After the lipo sample testing , bulk order detail : such as battery mating cable and connector. Performance
1 Standard Test Conditions
Test should be conducted with new batteries within one month after shipment from our factory and the cells shall not be cycled more than five times before the test. Unless otherwise defined, test and measurement shall be done under temperature of 25±2℃ and relative humidity of 45~85%. The test results are not affected evidently by such conditions of temperature 15~30℃ or humidity 25~85%RH.5.2 Measuring Instrument or Apparatus.
